• Our tour will be conducted in accordance with the seat capacity and precautions determined by the Presidency, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Interior, and other government institutions.
• Services such as guidance, transportation, accommodation, and sightseeing in our tour are provided as a package and cannot be separated. Unused transportation, accommodation, guidance, sightseeing, or similar rights cannot be refunded.
• For hotel accommodations, the third guest in triple rooms is generally provided with an extra bed.
• The hotels mentioned in the program are priority accommodation facilities of Travel Lewisia. Based on availability and regional density, changes may be made to hotels, provided that the standards remain the same. Upon request, hotel names will be shared 48 hours before the tour departure.
• Room assignments in hotels are determined by the hotel. Guests cannot choose specific rooms.
• Rest stops may change due to force majeure such as high demand or renovations, provided that their location and service standards remain the same.
• Timing within the program (such as the order of sightseeing spots within a day or between days) may change at the guide’s discretion due to weather, road conditions, or site congestion.
• Travel Lewisia is not responsible for any locations that cannot be visited during the tour due to force majeure (weather, road conditions, site congestion) or if guests do not adhere to the guide’s timing. In such cases, guests cannot claim any rights.
• No promises or guarantees regarding seat numbers can be made at the time of booking. Notes added during reservations are not guaranteed. Specific seat selections, such as front or rear, cannot be accommodated.
• Seat arrangements within the vehicle are managed by Travel Lewisia’s operations team based on the order of reservations. Disputes over seat assignments will not result in refunds. All seats in our vehicles are of the same standard.
• Seats numbered 3 and 4 in the vehicle are reserved for the guide and their assistant.
• Additional tours, such as evening tours included in the program, will be conducted based on the number of participants and the conditions of the staff. Optional tours will proceed even if all participants do not join. Non-participating guests will be directed to rest areas or city centers by the guide. By joining the tour, non-participating guests agree to wait at the designated rest stops.
• If an additional tour cannot be conducted for any reason, guests cannot claim any rights. Travel Lewisia assumes no responsibility in such cases.
• Prices for additional tours may vary depending on the season. In such cases, the price on the tour departure date applies, not the booking date. Guests accept this condition by purchasing the tour.
• Travel Lewisia is not responsible for material damages caused by guests to transportation vehicles, hotels, dining areas, or suppliers. These establishments reserve the right to claim compensation for such damages.
• Guests under 18 years of age must have a notarized consent letter with them if not accompanied by one or both parents during the tour.
• Guests participating in the tour must carry reports related to any health issues, pregnancy, or medications they are regularly taking.
• Delays may occur at the designated departure points due to traffic, accidents, or similar circumstances.
• The estimated arrival times at the end of the tour are approximate. Travel Lewisia is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure.
• Guests will be dropped off at the opposite direction of the stops where they were picked up. Please do not insist on being dropped off at a different location.
• In accordance with traffic regulations, all guests must wear seat belts throughout the journey. Travel Lewisia is not responsible for any non-compliance.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during stops and throughout the journey.
• Since the first day of the tour begins before check-in at the hotel, please prepare and pack any necessary items separately.
• Long distances may be covered during the program. The guide will provide the necessary information during the trip.
• Lunch menus are prepared to reflect the local cuisine and are economical. Group tables will be arranged for meals depending on the regional density.
• The starting and ending routes of the tour are determined based on regional density. Guests can inquire about the finalized route details two days before the tour.
• If the tour does not meet the minimum participant requirement, the agency may postpone or cancel the tour. Alternatively, the agency may arrange for guests to join the tour from the nearest departure point. The agency is obliged to notify guests at least three business days in advance via phone, SMS, or email. Guests cannot claim any rights in such cases.
• Museum passes and entrance fees to archaeological sites are not included in the tour price and must be paid by the guests.

1618 Mandatory Travel Insurance

The 1618 Mandatory Travel Insurance covers situations such as the agency’s bankruptcy or the inability to provide the package tour service for any reason. This insurance is included in the tour price. It is not health insurance and does not cover treatment expenses. Private health insurance costs are the responsibility of the guest.
